In June 2018, Med Capital acquired this second-line seafront asset from SAREB and a German investment fund. The team carried out a comprehensive refurbishment and repositioning of the property, transforming it into a residential complex of 30 homes set on landscaped grounds with a swimming pool, tennis court, gym area, picnic area and underground parking. The project successfully attracted international demand, with 60% of the units sold to foreign buyers.
