Value ManagementPursuing value creation and management strategies, at Med Capital we build and manage investment vehicles that invest, either directly or through other vehicles created ad-hoc, in real estate assets that have value increase potential. We are able to unlock, maximize and/or re-establish market value by actively managing such assets, i.e. by either developing new real estate projects and/or renovating them or even repositioning existing ones. All our vehicles are regulated by the Spanish Securities and Exchange Commission (CNMV).
Special Situations ManagementBy implementing value management strategies to special situations, at Med Capital we build and manage investment vehicles to execute “event driven” investment strategies on real estate assets that, for different reasons, are offered below market value. Thanks to our active management approach, we aim at re-establishing their market value. All our vehicles are regulated by the Spanish Securities and Exchange Commission (CNMV).
