Opportunistic-profile transaction structured in two phases with the objective of maximizing returns for the vehicle’s shareholders. In the first phase, the team assumed the management of a loan acquired from the financial institution Banco Sabadell. In the second phase, a residential development of 48 apartments was carried out, comprising a ground floor plus one upper level, with communal swimming pool, tennis court and landscaped areas.
